We're confident you'll be satisfied with Merrington LLC products; however, if you're not, we're here to help.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. To begin the process, email our team at info@merrington.com and provide your reason for return.


Returnable Items

  • All returns must include the product (used or unused) in its original pouch or packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Return shipping costs are not covered by Merrington LLC.
  • Refunds exclude original shipping fees.

Once we receive your return and verify it, we'll process a refund to your original payment method.


Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
